Customer has the right to return for any reason a product received from an order at www.bokehstraps.com and to request replacement of the product or return of the product value following the instructions below
Any change must be made within 15 days of the date of receipt of the product by the customer with the corresponding purchase document (receipt or invoice). Products to be changed must be received by bokeh straps intact, in their packaging, together with all the accessories contained therein, without being opened or assembled, and products that the customer chooses to make the change should are of equal or greater value. Products that have been used or have signs of use or whose packaging is not available or is not in its original state or does not include the accessories of the packaging are not accepted for refund or change.
The customer is fully charged with the shipping cost of the product to be changed in our company and the shipping cost of the product chosen to make the change by our company.
Return & Replacement of Defective Products
Returns and replacement of any defective products must be made within 15 days of receipt of the products by the customer with the relevant purchase document (receipt or invoice). Replacement of the product may occur if the packaging is presented (so that the product can be returned to the supplier company) and if the defect is due to a factory error and does not result from misuse of the consumer or breach of the instructions use of the product (occurrence of rust due to exposure to sea or other water, abandonment in the sun, falls and careless driving, etc.).
Shipping costs for returning or replacing the defective product are borne by the customer, and in case of replacement or repair, shipping to the customer of the new or repaired product is free of charge.
In case you do not wish to change or replace your order product, you may choose to refund your order excluding shipping costs to and from our company.
